We have 17 individual workstations available for lease. Each is located in the southern quadrant of the 8^th floor of the Pan Am Plaza.

You can lease an individual space or create a mix of workstations, based on your needs, from the following spaces available:

Desk workstations:
Up to six individual desk workstations available for sublease. Each area provides the user with:
• twelve-foot desk
• overhead cabinet
• end-cap storage cabinet
• two desk drawers
• privacy walls
• task lighting
• desk chair
Price per desk workstation is $550 per month.

Open workstations:
Up to five open workstation areas available. Each area includes:
• open table area
• desk chair
Price per open workstation is $400 per month.

Private offices:
Up to two private office areas, each with:
• a locking door
• desk and chair
• an overhead cabinet
• two desk drawers
• two guest chairs
Price per private office is $900 per month.

Conference room:
One exclusive-use conference room, which may be divided into four individual work areas. The room includes:
• four joined conference tables
• 12 office chairs
• doors for privacy
Price for the exclusive use of the conference room is $1,200 per month.

All lessees will benefit from:
• shared kitchen area (use of kitchen appliances, filtered water and honor-pay coffee)
• up to three 8^th floor conference rooms for scheduled use
• one 2nd floor conference room for scheduled use
• private, single person think-tank spaces for private tasks
• wireless internet access (no voice or data wiring is available)
• use of photocopier at a charge-back cost
• secure elevator access to 8^th floor
• 24/7 access to the building and 8^th floor via after-hours card
• 24/7 building security
• professional janitorial services Monday through Friday
• complimentary (tenant only) fitness facility with locker rooms and showers
• attached parking garage (parking fees are not included in rent)
• café (Ah Barista) and salon (Meridian Hair Design) on 1^st floor

All lessees must agree to:
• pay one month’s rent as security deposit, prior to moving in
• pay rent on the 1^st of each month (rent becomes delinquent on the 5^th)
• a month-to-month lease with 30-day written notice to terminate
• provide proof of general liability insurance (certificate of insurance)
• make no adjustments, alterations, additions or improvements to the space without prior written consent from Hetrick
